Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC-Turn mill setter cum operator located in Ambattur, Chennai. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to machine operation, quality control, using machinery and hand tools, and effective communication with the team.
Qualifications
- Required Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Good Communication skill
- Knowledge in tool offset & work offset
- Must understand drawings & tools selection
- Knowledge in setting & programming 'CNC turn mill' is an added advantage (Fanuc controller and editing knowledge)
- Knowledge in Instruments and gauges handling.
- Responsible for self-inspection.
- MS Office knowledge
- Knowledge in Fixture and Special tool
- Cam Programming Optional: (Cam Esprit for Turn mill)
- Turning with VMC Machine Operator.
- Preferring NPD / Tool room experienced candidates.
Work culture: Rotational shift.
